Section 24
Recommending property for return Recommending property for return

(1) If it is found that any property of the victim has been seized or confiscated by the investigation conducted in accordance with this Act, the Commission shall recommend to the Government of Nepal to return such property from the concerned person.
(2) The commission will determine the actual damage caused due to seizure or confiscation of the victim's property and will recommend that the government of Nepal provide emotional compensation to the victim.
